Creating your bot

Step 1 - Start a New Bot

  • Go to Bot Builder → Create New Bot in the sidebar.
  • Click ADD NEW CHATBOT in the top‑right corner of the Bots page.


Step 2 - Choose Your Foundation

  • From Scratch: Build your flow node by node.
  • Template: Select a pre‑built conversational flow you can customize to your use cases.


Step 3 - Select Channels

  • Pick one or more deployment channels—Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, or Google.
  • Click CREATE to provision your bot with channel access credentials.


Step 4- Design Your Flow

  • You’re now in the Chat Builder Canvas: the central workspace where your conversation lives.
  • The Start node is already placed—you’ll link every other component back to it.


Step 5 - Assemble Components

  • From the Component List on the left, drag elements (Message, Choice, Variable, API Call, etc.) onto the canvas.
  • Connect each node by dragging from a component’s blue output dot to another’s green input dot, forming a cohesive dialogue path.
  • Add lead‑qualification filters within question nodes to automatically tag high‑potential prospects based on their responses.


Step 6 - Enhance & Extend

  • Use the Lead Filter to mark any user whose answers match your sales criteria, instantly elevating them into a follow‑up queue.
  • Configure Email, Google Sheets, and Transcript components at any point to export chat records, send summaries, or archive conversations.


Step 7 - Save & Validate

  • Click Save in the top‑right corner to persist your flow.
  • Hit Preview beside it to simulate end‑to‑end interactions—confirm each branch behaves as intended.

Step 8 - Go Live

  • Once validated, Publish your bot.
  • Your new agent is immediately available on the channels you selected, ready to greet users, qualify leads, and log every conversation for downstream reporting.
