How to Access
- In the Chat360 sidebar, navigate to Analytics → Marketing.
- Select the Click To Direct tab, then click Click To Facebook.

Key Metrics
- Total Clicks: Cumulative count of user taps on Facebook links.
- Date Range: Adjustable calendar picker to view clicks over any period (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Ad Account Selector: Choose the Facebook Ad Account or Page you wish to monitor.

- Overview Tile: Displays the grand total of Facebook redirections within the chosen timeframe.
- Day-Wise Graph: A line chart plotting daily click volumes—hover over each point to reveal exact counts on that date.
