    • Successful
    • Displays the number of successfully sent messages. Provides an overview of effective message deliveries.

    • Delivered
    • Indicates the number of messages successfully delivered to recipients.Measures the reachability of the message templates.

    • Read
    • Shows the number of messages that were read by recipients. Assesses the engagement level of the messages.

    • Replied
    • Reflects the number of messages that received replies from recipients.Evaluates the responsiveness and interaction prompted by the messages.

    • Total Count
    • Total number of messages sent.Provides a comprehensive count of all messages processed.

    • Total Failed
    • Number of messages that failed to be delivered. Identifies issues in message delivery for further analysis and improvement.
