Go to your Chat360 dashboard>Campaign>Templates.
Click on template usage, and you’ll be shown a full-fledged analytics dashboard describing your templates performance.
Curl Code:
Curl code of the template can be seen by clicking on the “code” icon on the rightmost side of a particular template.
