  • Creating Template and enabling CTA Tracking in Chat360:
    • On Home Page go to Campaigns and click on Create New Templates


    • Add Button and CTA

    • Turn on toggle for CTA Tracking

    • Click On Save and Submit

    • You can see your template is created
