WhatsApp CTA Tracking enables you to attach unique tracking parameters to any call-to-action (CTA) link within your campaign templates. By doing so, you can gather detailed data on click behavior, traffic sources, and conversion rates—empowering you to refine your messaging strategy and boost ROI.

How to Enable CTA Tracking
- Create or Edit a Template
- Navigate to Campaigns → Create New Template on the Chat360 Home Page.
- Add a CTA Button
- In the template editor, insert a button component and configure its destination URL.
- Activate Tracking
- Toggle CTA Tracking to On in the button’s settings pane.
- Save and Publish
- Click Save and Submit to finalize the template with tracking enabled.

Key Metrics
- Total Clicks: Number of times the tracked CTA link was clicked.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Percentage of recipients who clicked the CTA, calculated as (Total Clicks Ă· Messages Delivered) Ă— 100.
- Source Breakdown: Distribution of clicks by traffic source (e.g., WhatsApp campaign, external social, email).
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of CTA clicks that resulted in a desired action (e.g., form submission, purchase).
- ROI Measurement: Revenue attributed to clicks versus campaign spend.
