- Sentiment Breakdown: A pie chart categorizes reviews into Positive, Neutral, and Negative, offering a quick snapshot of customer satisfaction.
- Monthly Rating Trends: A line graph tracks changes in average ratings month over month, highlighting shifts in customer perception.
