Voicebot Campaigns


View Scheduled Voice Bot Campaigns:

  • To monitor and manage your scheduled outbound voicebot campaigns, follow these steps:
    1. Navigate to the Campaigns section from the main side-menu.
    2. Click on the Voice Bot tab at the top of the Campaigns screen.
  • On this page, you will find the main dashboard for your voicebot campaigns.
  • These statuses represent the different stages of a voice bot campaign's lifecycle.
    • Total Campaigns: This is the overall count of all campaigns that exist within the selected time frame, regardless of their current status. It is the sum of all campaigns listed below.
    • Scheduled: The campaign has been fully configured and is set to begin at a specific date and time in the future. It is currently waiting to start.
    • Completed: The campaign has finished executing. All the calls in its contact list have been attempted, and the campaign's scheduled duration has ended.
    • In progress: The campaign has started but has not yet finished its entire cycle. It is actively running or may be temporarily paused.
    • Running: The campaign is currently active. The voice bot is actively making calls to the designated contacts at this moment.
    • Stopped: An active or scheduled campaign was manually stopped by a user before it could be completed.
    • Draft: The campaign has been started but has not been finalized or scheduled. It is saved in an incomplete state and can be edited later before being launched.
