How to See Logs and Transcripts

1. Access Bot Logs

  • Go to the Voice Bot panel and select View Details for the bot whose logs you want to check.

2. View and Download Logs

  • You can see all call logs, listen to recordings, and view transcripts.
  • Logs can be downloaded for record-keeping or analysis.
