Performance Analytics– Instagram

Instagram delivers a centralized overview of your brand’s engagement performance across all connected Instagram profiles. This feature offers visibility into key metrics that help assess audience interaction, content effectiveness, and community response.

  • Overview Metrics include:
    • Total Comments: The complete count of all comments across your connected Instagram accounts.
    • Total Ads Comments: The number of comments specifically on sponsored (ad) posts on Instagram.
    • Total DMs: The total number of direct message interactions across connected Instagram accounts.
    • Total Private Replies: The total number of private replies sent to users via Instagram.
    • Sentiment Overview: Provides the overall sentiment of all comments for a particular Instagram account.
    • Likes Overview: Displays an overview of likes (within a 3-month range) on all posts from a specific Instagram account.

    To support deeper analysis, Sentiment Analysis automatically classifies user interactions into Positive, Negative, or Neutra categories, enabling your team to respond more strategically and maintain a consistent brand tone.

    The Sentiment Analysis Graph visually tracks sentiment trends over time, offering insights into audience perception, campaign effectiveness, and key engagement shifts.
