Overview
Social Monitoring for Instagram empowers teams to track and manage user interactions—public comments and direct messages—across connected Instagram Business Profiles in real time. By filtering and categorizing feedback, brands can prioritize responses, gauge sentiment, and optimize campaign performance on the world’s most visual platform.

Setup & Steps:
- Navigate to Channels → Instagram.
- Choose either Connect via Facebook Business Account (linked to your Instagram) or Connect Instagram Business Account directly.

1. Connect Your Channel:
- After adding the channel, click Edit on the newly created Instagram entry.
- Select the Social Monitoring checkbox.
- Click Save to activate monitoring for that profile.

2. Enable Monitoring:

Interactive Filters:
- Date Range: Define the time window for interactions.
- Sort Type: Order by Oldest or Newest first.
- Message Type: Toggle between Comments & Replies or Private Messages.
- Sponsored Status: Filter on Sponsored (paid) vs. Organic interactions.
- Channel Selector: Switch among multiple connected Instagram profiles.
- Language Detection: Show interactions in one or more languages.
- Sentiment: View only Positive, Neutral, or Negative feedback.
- Post Filter: Drill into specific posts or reels by selecting from your feed.
